What happens if I ignore the letter or Notice of Enforcement?
Please do not ignore correspondence from CSA Collect. If we do not hear from you after a Notice of Enforcement has been issued, an Enforcement Agent may attend the address to take control of goods, which could result in additional fees.
I was out when the Notice of Enforcement came, what should I do?
Your case has been passed to CSA Collect from an authority or the Court Service.

What steps will CSA Collect take to collect debt?
A Notice of Enforcement will have been sent to you, outlining the details of the debt and the ways you can make payment. We may also try to contact you by email, telephone or text message to offer support and discuss your options.
If we do not receive a response, an Enforcement Agent may be required to attend the address to take control of goods in order to recover the debt.
